Not everyone is comfortable in a supervising role and that is okay – we are all different. As a hiring manager, however, you do not want to make the mistake and recruit someone not built for directing others into a supervisor position. Our Supervisor Personality Assessment can help you avoid doing such error and select someone perfect for the role. The test identifies candidates who are dependable, organized, able to tackle several responsibilities at a time, and great in relating to people and communicating clearly with them. The test also looks at candidates’ mental abilities to make sure that they are capable and prepared to process information quickly, make fast, difficult, and informed decisions, and adapt flexibly to the changing environment.
You need supervisors who adapt to change, work hard, and want to learn. Obviously, they need to be smart and process a lot of information and make logical decisions based on using complex information.
NOTE: If you want an assessment for a leadership role supplemented with a section focused on completing open-ended sentences with narrative responses, you should choose the Team Leader/ Crew Leader test.
The assessment is untimed and takes most candidates around 75 minutes to complete. It consists of two sections - a 95-question online personality test, and a 44-item general mental ability test (divided into verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning parts).
The Supervisor Assessment Report will give you a graphic display of scores in related areas, aptitude results and their explanation, candidate's strengths, and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.
