In the Career Development for Individual Contributors assessment, the Career Development Report focuses on a basic set of personality measures and serves as a great tool for employee professional growth and development. It is a great instrument for supervisors who can use the report results for directing their coaching, and for trainers as a starting point for discussions and workshops on the role of personality on work ethic, job success, or behavior at work.
