Career Development for Individuals Personality Test

In the Career Development for Individual Contributors assessment, the Career Development Report focuses on a basic set of personality measures and serves as a great tool for employee professional growth and development. It is a great instrument for supervisors who can use the report results for directing their coaching, and for trainers as a starting point for discussions and workshops on the role of personality on work ethic, job success, or behavior at work. Career coaches will find the report useful for starting conversations about alternative job options within a given career field, or for brainstorming sessions on other career possibilities.

The Career Development for Individual Contributors is an untimed test consisting of 96 questions and takes approximately 30-40 minutes to complete.
