Working with children, whether it is at a child-care center, camp, or a youth organization, is fun and rewarding, but it requires certain personality qualities and skills. This assessment identifies candidates who are organized to oversee the staff, children, and all activities; able to delegate responsibilities; energetic, enthusiastic, cautious to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone. The assessment is suitable for anyone recruiting talent for summer and day camps, nurseries, or daycare centers as well as youth organization volunteers, babysitters, or scout leaders.
The assessment is untimed and takes usually approximately 2 hours to complete. It consists of three sections - a 176-question online personality test, a 44-item general mental ability test (divided into verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning parts), and 46 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses.
