Training managers are essential for businesses as they make sure that employees have all the necessary skills and information to perform their job properly. Hiring an excellent training manager can, therefore, make a lot of difference in the quality of the workforce and prevent unnecessary mistakes and costs. This pre-employment personality assessment will help you identify candidates with a great work ethic, sense of responsibility, leadership skills to inspire and motivate others, and interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with everyone in the company. It will also look at the mental acuity of candidates to ensure that they are able to understand complex concepts and can present them accurately in an enthusiastic and appealing manner.
The assessment consists of three sections - 149-question personality inventory, a 44-item mental ability test (with items for verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning), and 46 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses. This is an untimed assessment but takes most candidates approximately 2 hours to complete.
The Training Manager Assessment Report will provide you with a graphic display of scores in related areas, aptitude results and their explanation, candidate's strengths and developmental concerns, narrative responses given to the open-ended statements with instructions on how to approach them, and suggested interview questions.
