In today’s world full of technology and computers, every company has its own computer system that addresses all of their business needs and requirements. Building and maintaining such systems calls for skilled professionals with advanced networking and technical skills who are able to communicate well and ask important questions to fully comprehend customer’s needs. Then they work independently or with their small technical team to achieve set goals, finish projects, and make your business run smoothly and more efficiently. To successfully achieve this, they need a level of independence and a sense of responsibility.
This pre-employment personality assessment will help you find these qualities in your candidates and determine which of them has the best chance of being successful in your open position for system analyst or network administrator. It recognizes candidates who are independent, level-headed, not easily stressed or distracted so that they can handle even the most frustrating days, and also those who have security and productivity as their goal in mind when building the system.
The assessment also includes an aptitude section that evaluates candidates’ capability to process a lot of complex information quickly and base decisions and judgments on them. So do not guess whether your candidates can handle your requirements, test them, and know for sure!
The assessment consists of two sections – a 124-item personality inventory, and a 44-item mental ability test focused on verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning. It is untimed but usually takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
The assessment report will provide you with a graphic representation of scores in covered areas, aptitude results and their interpretation, strengths and developmental concerns of candidates, and suggestions for interview questions.
