The role of the school principal has always been considered to be very prominent and influential. School principles are the moral and intellectual authority not only for the children in school but also to the teachers, parents, and basically everyone else in the community. Finding the right one is therefore extremely challenging but important. The School Principal Personality Assessment will help you identify candidates who display strong leadership talent to be able to direct and inspire teachers and other school staff, have impeccable interpersonal skills allowing them to create long-lasting relations with parents, children, and employees that are built on trust. The assessment also recognizes candidates' mental ability needed to handle huge information load and challenging decision-making.
The assessment is untimed and takes usually approximately 2 hours to complete. It consists of three sections - a 171-question online personality test, a 44-item general mental ability test (divided into verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning parts), and 46 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses.
The School Principal Manager Assessment Report will give you a graphic display of scores in related areas, aptitude results and their explanation, candidate’s strengths and developmental concerns, narrative responses given to the open-ended statements with instructions on how to approach them, and suggested interview questions.
