Quality inspectors are people who have to be firm in their beliefs and desire to always find and report on the truth and able to resist if anyone is pressuring them to alter their findings. They also have to be dependable but independent, diligent, hard-working, assertive, with a strong moral compass and openness to innovative ideas. Our pre-employment personality assessment will help you evaluate candidates in these areas and aid you in selecting the perfect new talent for your open position.
The assessment has two components - a 106-item personality test and 4 44-item mental ability test (focused on verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning). It takes most candidates 60-75 minutes to complete.
The assessment report will provide you with a graphic representation of scores in covered areas, aptitude results and their explanation, candidate's strengths, and developmental concerns, and suggestions for interview questions.
