Property Manager Personality Test

Owning properties is a great success, but for them to be a viable investment, they also need to be operated and maintained well. A good property manager is someone hard-working, reliable, level-headed, and although they have to be communicative, congenial, and respectful, they also need to be assertive and resolute to keep your properties running smoothly even when something goes wrong. The assessment is untimed and takes usually approximately 2 hours to complete. It consists of four sections - a 165-question online personality test, a 44-item general mental ability test (divided into verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning parts), 46 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses, and a 25-question arithmetic test (5 questions for adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and using arithmetic to solve simple work-related word problems each).

The Property Manager Assessment Report will give you a graphic display of scores in related areas, separate scores for each of the five arithmetic areas, aptitude results and their explanation, strengths and developmental concerns of candidates, narrative responses given to the open-ended statements with instructions on how to approach them, and suggested interview questions.
