Physician Personality Test

Are you looking for a new physician for your healthcare center, but do not know how to objectively assess a sea of qualified candidates? The Physician Personality Test will help you assess their personality and mental ability to help you determine which of your candidates best fits into your facility, both personality-wise, and with their values and work ethic. The assessment identifies candidates who are caring, responsive, empathetic, hard-working, responsible, and positive. It will help you find someone who approaches every patient with sensitive care and attention, but when it comes to making difficult decisions, they are firm and confident.

The assessment consists of three sections:

• a 165-question personality assessment,
• a 44-question aptitude test (focused on verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning) &
• 34 open-ended sentences for which candidates provide short narrative answers. The assessment is untimed but usually takes around 2 hours to complete.

The assessment report will provide you with a graphic representation of scores in covered areas, a candidate’s strengths and developmental concerns, narrative responses provided by the candidate and instructions on how to approach them, and suggestions for interview questions.
