Personal Style Assessment III is a comprehensive pre-employment test aimed to identify candidates that are quick learners, can process a lot of information at the same time, and make quick and informed decisions. It is a general assessment of basic personality and aptitude traits and abilities necessary for a wide variety of roles.
This assessment will provide you with TWO reports: an Evaluative report intended for the hiring manager (the same report as you get with Personal Style II Personality Test), and a Career Development Report intended for sharing with the job candidate, which can be used for personal development or coaching.
The assessment is untimed and consists of three sections - 167-question personality inventory, a 44-item mental ability test (divided into verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning), and 35 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type short narrative responses. The assessment takes usually approximately 2 hours to complete.
Personal Style III Assessment Report will offer a graphic representation of scores for every personality dimension, an extensive explanation of the results with an interpretation of strengths, weaknesses, best/ worst job fit, and suggestions for personal development.
