A good office manager knows about the ins and outs of the company and anticipates and listens to the needs of both, employees and management in order to support them in their duties. They work hard and diligently; they take initiative and handle all their responsibilities (and more) with great organizational and leadership skills. Our pre-employment personality and aptitude assessment will look at all the qualities necessary for this role and help you recruit the best new talent.
The whole assessment is untimed and takes most candidates approximately 2 hours to complete. It consists of three sections - a 141-question online personality test, a 44-item general mental ability test (divided into verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning parts), and 34 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses.
The Office Manager Assessment Report will give you a graphic display of scores in related areas, aptitude results and their explanation, strengths and developmental concerns of candidates, narrative responses given to the open-ended statements with instructions on how to approach them, and suggested interview questions.
