An excellent estate manager must be prepared to understand the property owner's needs swiftly and handle several responsibilities at the same time to meet those needs as quickly as possible. This assessment will help you identify candidates who have the mental ability to quickly learn and process a lot of information to make prompt intelligent choices based on them. It will also recognize candidates with leadership qualities who can lead and motivate other employees to productively achieve the targets.
This assessment consists of three sections - 143-question personality inventory, a 44-item mental ability test (consisting of items for verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning), and 34 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses. The assessment is untimed but usually takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
The Household/ Estate Manager Assessment Report will give you a graphic representation of scores in areas related to the role, explanation of aptitude results, candidate's strengths and developmental concerns, the narrative responses given to the open-ended statements, and instructions on how to approach them, and suggested interview questions.
