Financial Manager Personality Test

Our Financial Manager Personality Test will help you select the perfect candidate! It recognizes those candidates who have the mental ability to process a lot of information at the same time and make efficient and informed decisions based on them. Apart from candidates' mental acuity, the assessment also focuses on identifying candidates with strong managerial qualities able to lead and motivate others, eager to meet company goals, and committed to creating customer-oriented culture.

This assessment consists of three sections - 157-question personality inventory, a 44-item mental ability test (consisting of items for verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning), and 46 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses. The assessment is untimed but usually takes approximately 2 hours to complete.

The Financial Manager Assessment Report will give you a graphic representation of scores in areas related to the role, explanation of aptitude results, candidate's strengths and developmental concerns, the narrative responses given to the open-ended statements, and instructions on how to approach them, and suggested interview questions.
