This pre-employment personality assessment will help you select the perfect extruder operator (or drawing machine operator) who is able to learn quickly in a manufacturing environment, keep up safety around the workplace, and is meticulous and thorough enough not to let any defect slide. The assessment will also help you determine whether your candidates reflect the values of your company, are hard-working, and will be able to fit in your team.
The assessment consists of an untimed 84-item personality battery and three timed aptitude tests - a 20-minute mechanical reasoning test (to evaluate candidates' understanding of everyday mechanical and physical principles), a 15-minute math test with problems found in an industrial setting (8th grade level of competency), and a 6-minute visual inspection accuracy test (to evaluate candidates' ability to sport small defects in extruded products). The whole assessment takes usually approximately an hour.
The assessment report will provide you with a graphic representation of scores in covered areas and suggestions for interview questions.
