Our Estimator Personality Assessment will help you find the perfect new talent for the open estimator position in your company. It helps identify candidates who are great with numbers but also know how to confidently make quick decisions and have great communication skills to present and defend their recommendations. The test will also recognize cooperative, team-oriented, and flexible people to ensure that you recruit only someone who will be able to fit into your team.
The assessment consists of two sections – a 126-item personality test, and a 44-item mental ability test (focusing on verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning). It is untimed but usually takes approximately 90 minutes to complete.
The assessment report will provide you with a graphic representation of scores in covered areas, a candidate’s strengths and developmental concerns, and suggestions for interview questions.
