Filling out a position for an engineering manager can be a challenging responsibility. The Engineering Manager I Personality Test has been developed to make this task easier and ensure that employers have all the necessary information about candidates to choose the best one for the role. The assessment will identify hard-working candidates with the mental acuity necessary in engineering positions that also possess the leadership qualities to lead and motivate other employees and create an efficient service-minded environment.
The Engineering Manager I Test battery consists of four sections - a 20-minute test of mechanical reasoning, a 151-question personality inventory, a 44-item mental ability test (divided into verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning questions), and 35 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses. Although the assessment is untimed (except for the first mechanical reasoning section), it usually takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
The Engineering Manager I Assessment Report will provide you with a graphic representation of scores in areas related to the position, aptitude results and their explanation, candidate's strengths and developmental concerns, and suggested interview questions.
