Consultants are people who have to digest and understand a lot of complex information at a time and then make sense of them to come to a conclusion most beneficial for their customer. To be able to handle this role, consultants have to be sharp, great at problem-solving, energetic, and quick with their thinking while also being good communicators to be able to get their recommendations across clearly and understandably. Our pre-employment personality assessment for the consultant will help you identify candidates with these qualities who will be able to succeed in this role.
The assessment consists of three sections – a 125-item personality test, a 44-item mental ability test (focused on verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning), and 34 open-ended sentences for which candidates provide narrative answers.
The assessment report will provide you with a graphic representation of scores in covered areas, a candidate’s strengths and developmental concerns, narrative responses provided by the candidate and instructions on how to approach them, and suggestions for interview questions.
