The assessment consists of three sections - a 144-question personality inventory, a 44-item test of general cognitive aptitude (divided into questions about verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning), and 46 open-ended questions that require the candidate to type in short narrative response. The test is untimed and usually takes around 2 hours to complete.
The Business Development Professional Assessment Report will provide you with a graphic display of scores in areas related to the position, aptitude scores and their interpretation, strengths and developmental concerns of the candidate, candidate's narrative responses to the open-ended questions, and how to utilize them in the recruitment process, and suggested interview questions.
