Every great broker/ relationship manager must possess certain qualities that allow them to prosper in their role. Apart from the mental ability to learn and process a lot of new information in a short amount of time and being able to make informed decisions swiftly, they also have to demonstrate the ability to create long-term relationships with clients, lead and inspire other employees, be organized and focused on reaching company targets, and create a quality- and service-minded culture. Our Broker/ Relationship Manager Personality Assessment will help you recognize candidates who do have these qualities and give you the information you need to make the best possible choice for a new hire.
This assessment consists of three sections - 152-question personality inventory, a 44-item mental ability test (divided into questions about verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning), and 46 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses. While the assessment is untimed, it usually takes candidates approximately 2 hours to complete.
The Broker/ Relationship Manager Assessment Report will give you a graphic representation of scores in areas related to this position, aptitude results and their explanation, strengths and developmental concerns of the candidate, narrative responses given to the open-ended statements, and instructions on how to approach them, and suggested interview questions.
