The Bank Manager Personality Assessment will help you in recognizing candidates that possess the mental acuity needed in the fast-paced and number-oriented banking world. It identifies people able to learn and process a lot of information at a time and make informed decisions based on that information. Moreover, the assessment also recognizes candidates able to take on a leadership role - those who can lead, direct, and motivate others, make difficult managerial decisions, and always stay on top of their department.
The assessment consists of three sections - a 107-question personality inventory, a 44-item mental ability test (divided into verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning parts), 46 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses. This test is untimed and usually takes candidates approximately 2 hours to complete.
The Bank Manager Assessment Report will give you a graphic display of scores in related areas, aptitude results and their explanation, candidate's strengths and developmental concerns, narrative responses given to the open-ended statements with instructions on how to approach them, and suggested interview questions.
