Our pre-employment personality assessment will get you all the facts you need to make the best decision and hire the honest, skilled, and meticulous accounting professional your company needs.
This assessment consists of two sections - a 102-question personality inventory and a 44-item mental ability test. It is untimed but usually takes about one hour to complete.
The Accounting Professional Assessment Report will provide you with a graphic representation of scores in areas that are covered by the test, candidate's strengths and developmental concerns, and interview question suggestions.
