Accounting Manager Personality Test

Finding someone with great managing qualities that is also skilled and capable in accounting is not an easy task. Our Accounting Manager Personality Assessment can, however, help you in the procedure, as it has been developed specifically to identify accounting magicians who are able to grasp new knowledge quickly while also possessing the integrity, sense of responsibility, and ability to motivate others that are necessary for leadership positions.

The assessment is untimed but usually takes approximately two hours to complete. The test battery consists of three sections - 164-question personality inventory, 44-item mental ability test (divided into verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning parts), and 46 open-ended statements to which the candidate must type in short narrative responses.
